Scholarships
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SENIOR STUDENTS
The school is fortunate to have a number of bequests or donations which allow scholarships to be awarded annually to Year 13 students. These scholarships are:
Edith Tertiary Academic Scholarships
These are awarded to two Year 13 students who must obtain an A Bursary in their final year of study. The scholarships are worth $3000.00 per annum for a maximum of five years.

Randall Reid Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a Year 13 student who has displayed a high academic standard. The scholarship is worth $1000.00.
The 2011 winner was Stacey Eriksen
The Gwen Fairbrother Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a Year 13 student to further their Art and/or Performing Arts education at a tertiary institution in New Zealand (by preference) or abroad. The Scholarship is worth $2,000.00 for one year.

Edith Minor Scholarships For Juniors
These scholarships are award to four Year 9 students who display high academic achievement upon entry to Dannevirke High School.
Paid annually whilst attending Dannevirke High School.
